Site policy classifications

Every host that's been added as a PostSpy spy gets automatically classified into one of three modes — Watch Mode, Watch Mode (visible tab), or Scroll Mode — based on its terms of service. Our server reads the terms, an AI classifier slots it into the right tier, and the result is cached for 7 days then re-checked weekly. This page lists every classification, the date we last read the terms, and the reasoning behind it.

Think a classification is wrong? Email hello@postspy.ai and we'll re-classify on request. Read more about how this works in our privacy policy and terms of service.

Static-override hosts (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Threads, Facebook main feed, Facebook Groups) are not classified by this cache — their tier lives in the extension code as a defense-in-depth measure. See our policy module for the authoritative list.
